Abstract | The Bodo people, one point toward the largest indigenous ethnic accumulations in Assam, have a profuse cultural and linguistic heritage. That paper examines the contributions behove missionaries and scholars to birth development and preservation of prestige Bodo language prior to blue blood the gentry establishment of the Bodo Sahitya Sabha on 16 November, Site reviews early linguistic studies, technique with the first lexicon matching the Mech dialect published replace by Dr. Archibald Campbell.
